end-of-the-week thankfulness

so much goodness going on.
i am thankful for so much.

i am grateful to kristine
for the fundraising idea for the shorties' trip.
(look for the small picture of the flipper-wearin' shortie
in my index).
we only have four more weeks together
and it is going to rock!
i am grateful for the encouragement
and love that has been sent our way.

i am thankful that i am loved.
my husband, recently, threw
a surprise 40th birthday party for me.
it was very much a surprise
as my birthday isn't until august.
all night, i looked around at all of the
faces from my past and present
and my heart was full.

and, finally, on this sunday,
i am thankful that my cousin
had her son, jackon, who was
born safely and wonderfully
in their home in yosemite.

have a safe, healthy week, ya'll.
peace to all.

  2. Oh! What a beautiful baby! Congratulations to them. And an early Happy 40th to you. My life really just got good when I hit 40...up to then it was just, well, crazy. ;) And aren't home births just lovely? (My boyfriend's son was born at home.)

  3. What a sweet baby! Congrats to you and to your cousin too!
I'm glad my suggestion was helpful to you! I kept thinking about being a kid doing fundraisers at school - selling candy, magazine subscriptions - doing car washes... One time we even sold pens! ( Who doesn't need a pen??)
Anyway, I am happy to hear that it is going well and I hope that you receive abundantly more than you could ever imagine!
