spc: 23 weeks, 4 days

24 weeks, 4 days
our boy-shortie is on the move.
he kicks and taps and dances
to let me know that he is there.
growing.
getting strong.
becoming the child that we have waited so long for.

i can't wait to hold him in my arms and
spend the day amazed at how much i love him.
but until then,
i will hold him here
in my belly
and spend the day
amazed at how much i love him
already.

check out other body parts here at the
self portrait challenge site.

  1. Gorgeous pregnant you Kathleen. I love this and I love that it looks like your boy is on the move even in this still photo. My most favorite part of being pregnant was the movement and the special communication that that is between mama and baby. It's just the two of you - the only time that he's yours alone. xo

  4. Beautiful! He does look like he's moving too. Either that or you have a very lumpy tummy!

mim and mamakiki...hee...my hip and shadows make it look a bit lumpy i suppose...cuz he isn't that big yet to see him moving. the shadows make it look a little funny though. lol
