our boy-shortie took yesterday.

after the sing-along

mandy and her girls.

chloe and auggie racing all around
prompted babychop to stand.
lift one foot.
wobble.
then the other.
again.
and again.
then kerplunk
big smile and clapping.

paul was there.
i was there.
we were all grinning as
we realized
